I.D.E.A. District Presentation

A design and educational district downtown could generate 10,000 jobs and $1.8 billion in new construction, two developers proposed Wednesday. David Malmuth and Pete Garcia unveiled their concept to about 50 civic leaders at downtown’s NewSchool of Architecture and Design.
